Ordering
1. Prestige can only provide an approximate weight calculation for item(s) it quotes. The accurate weight of the item(s) can not be determined until production is complete and weighed before shipping.
2. Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes,including sales tax.
3. All orders are calculated, quoted on a per project basis and price can only be valid for 30 days without change.
4. Please be informed that once the production for your item has started, the sale is final, as we can not return all the material purchased for your item(s). Any possible changes after production starts may be subjected to additional costs.
5. All chandelier material samples sent to our clients through email are complimentary. Clients who require physical sample must may cost of material and shipping costs.
6. Custom prototypes can be made and delivered to our clients for their presentations.
Terms of Payment
7. Prestige Chandelier requires a 50% deposit in order to purchase the materials needed to start production, the balance is due before shipping.
Production Lead Times
8. Regular lead time 12-14 weeks. For Quicker lead time on your chandelier speak to your Prestige representative.
Shipping
9. Clients are responsible for shipping costs of their item(s). Prestige may provide you with total price that has shipping cost included.
10. Packaging costs for items are included the price quote.
12. All large size item(s) are shipped via truck freight and delivered to curbside or driveway. If clients require special assistance or additional services such as inside delivery, lift gate etc, clients must confirm it with their Prestige representative before paying shipping charges, otherwise you may be subjected to additional shipping costs.a
13. All clients must contact Prestige through email or phone to get accurate cost and delivery methods available in your country, state, city.
14. All Prestige items are professionally packaged for shipping based on the item and shipping method. For large size items travelling through sea, we may use faux wooden cartons and metal cages for the safety of the shipment.
15. All items are tested packaged for shipping and include instructional papers for installation.
16. Prestige Chandelier is not be responsible for installation.
Returns and Damage Policy
17. If any damages occur during shipping, clients must report the damaged parts to Prestige within ten days after receiving the shipment. A procedure as it will be explained by your Prestige representative must be followed to allow for replacement parts.
20. There is no refund or returns of the item(s) whatsoever.
21. Insurance on items available through Prestige, please ask your Prestige representative for insurance rate on your item(s).
22. Insurance for items is extra. In case an item is damaged by the shipping company. Prestige can re-supply parts, or the entire item(s). All reproductions will be subject to standard terms and lead times.
23. If a client uses their own carrier, Prestige is not responsible for damages incurred in transit.

24. Prestige Chandelier LLC can provide clients with UL or CE certifications upon request.
25. Fabrication of our chandeliers may be altered to meet the specific local and national codes of our clients.
Warranties
26. All lighting fixture products sold by Prestige Chandelier includes manufacturer's one-year warranty. The warranty is covers mechanical, electrical defects and finish.
27. Prestige's warranty does not cover indoor fixture used for outdoor, due to extreme weather condition, chemicals(such as salt, acid rain, chlorine etc)

28. All Prestige Chandelier includes instruction maps to be followed for proper installation.
29. All Prestige Chandelier custom lighting fixtures spare parts.
