My husband and I build our Tuscan style dream home in the Southwest area of the United States. I had a design in mind and when submitted to Prestige Chandelier, their engineers said they could make it and proceeded to go through a detailed design process with me which made me feel very comfortable to proceed with hiring this company to create our one of a kind, perfect chandelier. The overall timeframe from initial contact to receiving the chandelier was less then 3 months. The communication throughout the process was excellent and we received pictures of the product being created as they became available. The chandelier arrived in our home on time, in perfect condition, and with simply installation instructions. We are throughly delighted with Prestige Chandelier and would not hesitate to use them again in the future as well as to recommend their services to others.
